With over a decade of experience, he’s garnered accolades like the 2018 Bacardi Legacy competition win for Thailand and Southeast Asia. Depp’s innovative beverage programs blend professionalism with creativity, ensuring unforgettable experiences for guests and earning him a reputation among cocktail enthusiasts worldwide.

Senior Bartender

Ruben, began his journey as a barback in a foreign country where he didn’t speak the language, pushing himself to master both bartending skills and customer communication. Over the past five years, he has risen to the role of head bartender, leading teams, curating innovative menus, and hosting masterclasses on whisky, gin, and rum. His experience includes managing private events for renowned spirits brands, crafting seasonal menus, and competing in cocktail competitions — all driven by a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Bar Supervisor

Fongbeer  is an accomplished bartender with a passion for outstanding taste, expertly utilizing local ingredients in her drinks. She developed her expertise at Revolution Cocktail Bangkok and Liberation Bangkok, securing 2nd runner-up in competitions like the 2019 Rock Rose Gin Thailand competition and reaching the top 8 in the Cointreau Thailand competition. After managing operations and developing innovative drink concepts at TP TEA, she now enchants guests at Rabbit Hole with her flavor experiments. Don’t miss her remarkable creations!

Bartender

 Bite is the enthusiastic bartender at Rabbit Hole, hailing from northeastern Thailand. Growing up in the countryside, he appreciated the simple beauty of rural life. Six years ago, he made the bold move to Bangkok to pursue his studies, but after graduating, he found himself at a crossroads. Initially working in hotel services, Bite was inspired by the creativity and passion of bartenders around him. This sparked his ambition to become a bartender. Now, at Rabbit Hole, he channels that inspiration into creating unique cocktails and connecting with guests, sharing his love for the craft every night!

Bartender

In 2022 Anna began her journey in the hospitality industry as a waitress in a hotel bar, transitioning into a junior bartender position after just six months. After building a solid foundation, she took the next step in her career by joining the team at Rabbit Hole Bar (ranked #31 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020, #76 in World’s Best Bars 2020, and #97 in Top 500 Bars 2021) as a bartender. This move allowed her to further refine her techniques, unleash her creativity, and fully immerse herself in a vibrant and dynamic bar environment. Each day behind the bar brings new challenges and opportunities for growth, and Anna’s passionate smile, service-oriented mindset, and wealth of experience ensure every guest who walks through the door enjoys a memorable and exceptional experience.
